By mingling with the people, he finally found the best way to win them to Jesus. He did some experiments; he changed the method to get the best result in the local culture. His success, is because God has full filled His mission through Nommensen. God uses Nommensen to carry the light into the dark place. His relationship with God brings confidence even in the time of troubles. Many times, he must deal with the evil, but his faith never be shaken. He walks through the valley of death; he was not afraid because he knows God is with him. Nommensen had sacrificed everything to the heathen people in the Batak land. His preparation with God intervention bring success to the save people in batak land. Nothing to fear about the future, except as we shall forget the way the Lord had led us and His teaching in our history. His compassion to the heathen reminds me to the love of Jesus Christ to human being.
